Health and Safety

All chemicals used by Concept are non toxic and none allergenic and eco friendly. All electrical equipment has been tested and passed safe to UK home and commercial standard.All contracts are Risk assessed and a method statement is produced and implemented.

All employees have been inducted on Concept’s training programme and follow our health and safety guidelines, and the client’s.

Concept believe the health and safety of its employees and the clients employees is integral to the work environment and is fundamentally important to Concept.

Environmental Policy

Concept Cleaning strives to operate with a responsible attitude to the environment and the effect upon it. We are committed to running our business to high ethical standards in the long term. Consequently, we are trying to encourage our customers to take a similar approach towards the way they conduct their business in respect of the environment.

We source all our products from respectable companies who share our views on minimising the impact on the community and the way we live.

All our staff have been made aware of the environmental targets we strive to achieve.

Here at Concept Cleaning, the environment is very high up on our agenda. We are proud to be an Environmental Friendly Cleaning Company.

Staff

We believe it is vital that our staff understand the company ethos, which is reflected in their daily work.

All our employees are motivated to achieve the highest standards and are given access to NVQs as part of our training scheme and are monitored on a regular basis. All employees have clean uniforms daily and adhere to health and safety guide lines set out by Concept and the clients.

All employees CRB checked | All employees have undergone RoSpA accredited training with Human Focus | Where possible we employ local people to carry out local contracts | Concept have public liability cover and employee cover to the sum of £10,000000.

Client feedback is very important to Concept. If an issue should arise we will act immediately on it. Concept brings a fresh new approach to the cleaning industry investing in employees and taking the time to train them to Concept’s high standard and the investment in latest equipment and products and listening to clients on weekly basis, as our testimonials will confirm.
